On November 23, professor Piotr Pęzik (UŁ) and professor Lukasz Grabowski (UO) gave a presentation at the 4th PaCor Symposium titled Towards the development of a near-parallel corpus of news texts: an experiment in using multilingual sentence embeddings.
The presentation dealt with the expansion of the Polish-English language corpus Paralela and the extraction of bilingual phraseologisms from nearly parallel corpus data.
